The Long Island Board of Realtors, Inc. has announced that Realtor Mel Farkas has been named the 2009 New York State Realtor of the Year. Farkas is a Broker Associate and Director of Professional Development and Training for Century 21 AA Realty in Seaford and Lindenhurst.
