James McGowan, a 20-year veteran of off-campus program coordination has been named Executive Director of Off-Campus Administration at Adelphi University in Garden City. He oversees such Adelphi off-campus facilities as the Manhattan Center, the Hauppauge Education and Conference Center, and the Adelphi University Hudson Valley Center.
