Bellport Cold Beer & Soda, South Shore Wines & Liquors, and The Bellport Chamber of Commerce are hosting a MEGA-EVENT (think Megatron, but only in event form) at the Bellport Country Club on Thursday, 6/10, from 6:00PM to 10:00PM.

This MEGA-EVENT (sorry, I just love typing that in capital letters) will feature a beer, wine and food tasting to raise funds for several charities, including Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck (http://www.camppaquatuck.com), Lighthouse Mission (http://www.lighthousemission.net), and Bellport High School’s scholarship fund.

ALL of the event’s proceeds will go to these charities, which is a really swell thing, if I’m allowed to sound like Opie Taylor for a minute.

For the actual event itself, there will be a pretty super neat “first” that evening.

What is it?

Well, for the first time, EVERY Long Island brewery will be together in the same room!

Forget da Vinci’s The Last Supper, folks. This is epic.
