Founders Dinner @ The Good Life

Though it’s still more than a week away, I should announce the Founders Brewery
( beer dinner at The Good Life (Massapequa Park)
on Tuesday, 7/20, before it’s too late.

Since being announced about fifteen hours ago via Facebook, the 40 tickets
released for the dinner (at $45.00 each) are almost as good as gone.

Yep, the response was that overwhelming.

I’d even go as far as to say that the Founders announcement raised more of a
ruckus in New York than LeBron’s decision to play for the Miami Heat next

Okay, maybe not. But still. I only have one thing to say about Founders (ranked
FOURTH in RateBeer’s “Best Brewers in the World 2010” poll): legit. Real legit.

The beers available for the 8:00PM dinner will be:

Pale Ale
Centennial IPA
Kentucky Breakfast Stout (I had a growler of KBS, courtesy of Bellport Dave,
about two weeks ago, and I still haven’t recovered. So good.)

Again, don’t wait too long on this one. Tickets may even be sold out right…now.

Or now.

Or maybe now.

You get the point.
