Canterbury Ales’ annual Oktoberfest Beer Tasting runs Sunday, 9/26, from noon to 3:30PM. An $80.00 (includes tax and gratuity) ticket guarantees ten beers, five courses, a complimentary t-shirt, and glassware.

Normally I would hold off longer on mentioning an event around a month away, but Billy from Canterbury informed me that ticket availability is limited, and advanced purchase is required.

Exact specifics about the tasting are hush-hush right now, but I managed to pry this from Billy:

“The only info I can give out at this time is that we will be offering, to a large extent, many different beers for the first time. We will stray away from ‘traditional Oktoberfests’ a little, and offer some domestic and foreign ‘Autumn’ ale selections.”
