Welcome long sleeves and wool scarves and Bill Cosby sweaters and wittle carved punkins with their wittle carved punkin heads at Southampton Publick House this Wednesday, 10/20, when Executive Chef Carl Holfelder prepares a tasting hour of select cheeses and hors d’oeuvres paired with Southampton’s Saison Deluxe and Double White, followed by a four-course, four brew dinner.
