Received an email last week about the revamping of Horace & Sylvia’s Publick House in Babylon.
Changes include a new menu, courtesy of new Executive Chef Brian Fugit, and some neat little happenings on the regular, like tonight’s Weihenstephan beer dinner @ 8:00PM, for example (last month’s Speakeasy Ales & Lagers pairing marked their first ever, I believe).
Five courses. Five Weihens. $45 bucks (plus tax and gratuity).
