Firkin Domination…sort of

After weeks of hardcore preparation in the realms of Romanian powerlifting and Linda Blair-like facial expression mastery, Super Neat Beer Adventure, Yes!! achieved the Long Island craft beer Holy Grail at The Cortland on Friday?WE TAPPED THE FIRKIN! Yes, that is correct: Great South Bay Brewery Marauder, a smooth and well-masked 9.0% ABV bourbon barrel-aged scotch ale, was tapped (though not with as much authority as hoped; video forthcoming) and enjoyed by all in attendance. Super Neat would like to send a big e-hug to The Cortland and Great South Bay Brewery for providing the opportunity to participate in the epic event. Photographs are below.
