Lunch = Barrier Brewing Company Cycle Saison at Bierkraft

191 5th Ave.
Brooklyn, NY 11217
(718) 230 – 7600

Operation “Skip, Ditch and Sip” was attempted and executed sans hitch on Wednesday afternoon, as Super Neat completed all client activity prior to 1:00PM (see: resistance training prescription and accompanying guidance), said PEACE to the office by fifteen after and R-lined to Union St. to taste Barrier Brewing Company’s newest offering, Cycle Saison, at Park Slope’s Bierkraft.

Cycle Saison, described by Barrier as a “4.1% ABV session Saison that harkens back to the farmhouse ales of a bygone era‚Ķmeant to quench and refresh rather than inebriate‚Ķ,” was a light-bodied EZ sipper, earthy, tasting of lemon, grass and pepper, with a smooth butter coat post-sip.

Snag Cycle Saison currently at Bierkraft or Barrier’s Oceanside facility on Saturday afternoons (call ahead for specific tasting room hours).
