The Stone Turtle Restaurant presents its inaugural beer dinner on Wednesday (3/30, 7:00PM – 9:00PM), a five course pair featuring Healdsburg, California’s Bear Republic Brewing Company.

Don’t believe Bear Republic has ever been the subject of a din-din on Long Island, so, with limited treats like the Roggenbier and Cher Ami, and Racer poured through Nitro (dispensed with a nitrogen and carbon dioxide mixture, instead of only the latter), should be dope.
