California dreamin’ Left Coast Kitchen & Cocktails presents its inaugural beer dinner with Great South Bay Brewery on Wednesday, 4/20.

LCK’s Goal is to celebrate the best of all areas of going out. Craft beer is such a special movement with passion at the heart of all great products. As chef and Owner I put passion into everything I do from gretting to cooking and all areas in between. The boys at Great South Bay have a similar style. From the moment I met them it was similar feeling for all aspects of product and styles. Given the upcoming summer and Long Islander desire to get through this winter I felt Mexican pairing were in order not only to enhance GSB beer but to help us all remember good time in warmer weather.
