We’d drink this with: Fresh Crab Cakes with Spicy Mango Aioli

This Imperial Blonde is the second release in our Belgian Ale Series and is a bit more ambitious than our previous blonde prodigy. With it’s light golden color and bold effervescence, she may look sweet at first, but this Imperial Blonde imparts a distinct spiciness with tones of clove, banana and a hint of lemon. A strong golden blonde that stands up to her name with a bit of bite and a fighting attitude. She finishes remarkably smooth leaving you begging for more.
