Simulcask at Great South Bay Brewery

Great South Bay Brewery welcomed the craft beer public inside 2309 Union Boulevard for the first time on Friday, 5/13 to assist in their participation in Simulcask, the SIMULtaneous tapping of CASKs across Long Island to signify the official start of Craft Beer Week.

The event, attended by an intimate crowd of the brewery’s close friends and family, also doubled as founder and head brewmaster Rick Sobotka’s birthday celebration.

Attendees were treated to Great South Bay’s complete portfolio (including rarities like Hoppocratic Oath, Marauder, and new Conscious Sedaison), barbecued yumyums, and other hockey mask-related funthings.
