Speaking of yeast:

This Friday we have a very special cask ale for you. A Belgian style Triple with 10lbs of sour cherries in the cask as well as a dose of a unique yeast strain to enhance and highlight the sour flavor. This ale has been in the cask for nearly 3 years and it will be at least that long before we will have another like it. This is a strong, complex ale weighing in at almost 11% alcohol by volume, and will not last long so be sure to get here early, we open at 11:30am.

The Cortland

The Good Life will create a complimentary artisanal beef jerky to pair with the Hellsmoke.
