“We purchased about sixty or seventy different beers and had a staff tasting at the restaurant, and we all picked the best beers for our food,” said Pappas. “Beer has been a big hit for us so far, more than wine and liquor.”
Pappas hopes to rotate MP Taverna’s beer selection, similar to the menu, based on season.
