Blue Point Brewing Company Releases Wet Hops Experiment

Blue Point Brewing Company released Wet Hops Experiment, its first beer utilizing wet, or fresh hops, on Friday, 10/14.

Wet Hops Experiment, an amber-colored, tropical fruit-heavy ale brewed with one hundred pounds of fresh Amarillo and Simcoe hops (harvested by Virgil Gamache Farms and BT Loftus Ranches, Inc., respectively, and delivered overnight from HopUnion), was poured from draft and dry-hopped cask.

The one-off batch is now available in Blue Point Brewing Company’s tasting room.
