T.J. Finley’s Fall Cask Festival Review (11/19)

T.J. Finley’s hosted a fall-seasonal cask festival on Saturday, 11/19 with 11 breweries (all but 3 are based in New York) and fourteen cask-conditioned ales.

The three-hour pourridge, Finley’s first cask-themed event since 5/14/10, featured Blue Point Brewing Company First Flight, its White IPA dry-hopped with Falconer’s Flight; Oskar Blues Brewery Witch Doctor, a blend of Dale’s Pale Ale and Ten Fidy, dry-hopped with Centennial; Spider Bite Beer Company Bite The Bulleit, a rye-based (40% of malt profile) ale aged in Bulleit Rye-soaked French oak; and more.
