Horace & Sylvia’s Publick House presented a four-course beer dinner with Tampa, Florida-based Cigar City Brewing on Wednesday, 12/14.
Hosted by Anthony Jacobs of S.K.I. Beer Corp, which distributes Cigar City Brewing on Long Island, the beer dinner featured four plates prepared by Brian Fugit, executive chef of Horace & Sylvia’s Publick House, and his culinary team.

Prior to the third course, the pulled pork flautas (slim-rolled, pulled pork-stuffed flour tortillas) were introduced in wood-carved cigar boxes.
Following the event, attendees received complimentary Cigar City Brewing pint glasses and snifters.
