Barrier Brewing Company released Hop Odyssey, the thirtieth beer within its portfolio, during a four-hour (11:00AM-3:00PM) growler fill, prior to the observance of New Year’s Eve.

Comprised of Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Columbus, and Nugget hops, Hop Odyssey is an orange-hued, 8.2% ABV IIPA with aromas of tropical fruit, resin, and sweet malt.

It is available only at Barrier Brewing Company’s brewery in Oceanside.

Super Neat Adventure, Yes!! consumed a growler of Hop Odyssey with Scott Larkin, and several episodes of The Twilight Zone (e.g., “I Shot An Arrow Into The Air,” “The Night Of The Meek,” “Kick The Can”), as 2011 exhaled its last breath.
