Peter G. Sultan, MD is one of Long Island’s top hip and knee replacement surgeons. He graduated with highest honors in biological sciences from Harvard University, was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society at Cornell University Medical College, and was fellowship trained in hip and knee replacement surgery at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital. In the span of a decade, he has performed over one thousand hip and knee surgeries at Peconic Bay Medical Center. Dr. Sultan is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and was selected as one of America’s Top Surgeons by the Consumers Research Council of America. He was appointed chairman of the operating room and named Rising Star Physician at Peconic Bay Medical Center, a not-for-profit hospital serving over 100,000 East End residents.
