The Black Sheep Ale House poured one of four simultaneously tapped casks of Spring 2012 Collaboration Saison*, an earthy, pepper-hinted saison created by Blind Bat Brewery and Long Ireland Beer Company for Long Island Craft Beer Week 2012, during Simulcask on May 14.
Liam Hudock, sales representative for Long Ireland Beer Company, and Vince Minutella, owner of The Black Sheep Ale House, provided the cask-tap.
