La Isla de los Muertos

Crystal skulls are often claimed to be pre-Columbian artifacts, and are connected with paranormal phenomena. The most famous crystal skull was allegedly discovered in 1924 by Anna Le Guillon Mitchell-Hedges, adopted daughter of author F.A. Mitchell-Hedges. The skull, described by its founders to possess the embodiment of evil, is made of clear quartz and weighs about 11 pounds.

However, in this vein, we do not recommend Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Day of the Dead, celebrated on November 2 (sometimes November 1 and 2), is a Mexican holiday designed to honor deceased loved ones. We recommend you participate in this one, instead.
