Description/Brewery Notes: The recipe is the same as our Rocky Point Pilsner, with the only difference being the substitution of two-and-one-half pounds of fresh Mt. Hood hops from Condzella’s Farm in Wading River (for a 50-gallon batch) for flavor and aroma. We just made a second batch with the same hops, but changed the hopping schedule and used another half-pound at the 30-minute mark.
