Hoptron Brewtique, a Patchogue-based aggregation of bottle, draft, and homebrew supply, opens on November 30 (12:00PM).

Owned by Amanda Danielsen and Sue Lara, Hoptron Brewtique will offer 16 drafts (seven beers within its initial lineup are Long Island-birthed pours) and ~1400 bottles.

“We hope to be a favorite spot for the beer geeks and an educational place for those who don’t know much yet, but love to drink good beer,” said Danielsen. “And what better way to experience Long Island than through fantastic and diverse craft beer.”
