Brian Ziegler

After graduating cum laude from Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania, Brian Ziegler earned both a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degree in taxation at the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Ziegler is the partner in charge of the firm’s corporate/securities law practice group, working in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, finance, private placements, license agreements, executive compensation and employment agreements. In his spare time, he lectures on limited liability companies, contributes to New York Forms: Legal and Business and chairs the Empire State Cup and the Commissioner’s Cup Golf Tournaments at Bethpage State Park’s Black Course. Closer to his heart is the work he does with his firm’s LIKE (Lawyers Involved in Kids’ Education) program, which he co-founded.
