Entertaining trends, which are composed of a typical LSE produced event, are derived from Larry’s ability to creatively construct an environment that encourages a comfortable and social atmosphere. He does this by creating various intimate spaces with the use of furniture and a stocked forty-foot bar which helps to promote engaging entertainment. The bar creates a focal community that helps flank the direction of the event. Larry advises stocking items regarding seasonal trends. A summer bar should incorporate a mix of infused drinks with fresh ingredients such as fruits, herbs and frozen garnishes, like big ice cubes or crushed ice popsicles.

Dining ambiance and good conversation can be best created with the use of a round table and grand displays that create instant interest. Larry also believes that the presentation of hors d’oeuvres and other edibles should be an inviting feast for the eyes. Summer foods like fresh seafood, corn on the cob and other grilled delights, should be presented in a picnic fare that pays tribute to the season. Dessert and candy bars are a perfect way to beat the summer heat while incorporating additional color and interest to the décor of an event.

LSE events suggest repurposing household items for event décor to spark the interest of guests. Seasonal flowers give new life to old mason jars while a cleaned BBQ can creatively showcase that evening’s entrée. Tents are the perfect alternative for highlighting exterior surroundings while lucite accessories help to project color against a seasonal all-white party. Finally, when planning your final event of summer, think of innovation solutions that can transform, delight and satisfy the senses of those in attendance for an unforgettable result!
