Litigation + Most Philanthropic
This partner in Certilman Balin’s Commercial/Real Estate Litigation Practice Group is also a member of the firm’s management committee. For her clients, she is a counselor who exhibits fearsome execution of commercial and real estate litigation, appellate practice, commercial foreclosure, lending litigation and guardianship proceedings. The Nassau County Bar Association appointed her to serve on its judiciary committee, where she is tasked with screening those who run for judicial office in the county. She has been a dean of the Nassau Academy of Law and has moderated and lectured at several seminars. As a mentor, she has chaired the appellate practice committee and coordinated the annual moot court competition among area law schools. Despite doing all this, Korth still finds time to devote to philanthropic endeavors including raising funds for We Care (the charitable arm of the Nassau County Bar Association), organizing collections for the veteran’s home in Northport, serving on the Black & White Ball committee for the Cancer Center for Kids at Winthrop University Hospital and raising funds for her children’s parochial schools.
