A Second Chance at Gimme Shelter Animal Rescue

A real estate broker discovered a two-year-old white husky in a home after her family left her in Long Island when they moved. The dog named, Sasha, was in terrible shape, with a skin infection due to stress from abandonment but thanks to Gimme Shelter Animal Rescue Sasha received medical treatment and a new home.

“We found her an amazing forever home where she will be loved and cared for the rest of her life,” Michelle Montak, founder and director of Gimme Shelter Animal Rescue said.
