On the job for only about five months Page at 63 Main executive chef James Carpenter says customers familiar with the restaurant will see a lot of familiar items at the restaurant.

“I didn’t want to do a 360,” Carpenter said, “but the menu will change with the seasons.

The chef prefers very simple dishes and was drawn to the restaurant for its unique location on Main Street that stretches to Division Street. The Division side of the restaurant recently opened a Back Page for late night burgers, wraps and kebabs, serving until 2am and also serving some breakfasts and lunches.
