For more than 40 years, Robert G. Allen, president and CEO of Teachers Federal Credit Union (TFCU), has distinguished himself as a leader in the Long Island business community. Allen has served as a board member for both the Credit Union Association of New York and Empire Corporate FCU and has received numerous community awards including the Advancement for Commerce, Industry and Technology’s award for excellence and leadership in the field of financial services. Recently he was among a number of national credit union leaders inducted into the Credit Union House Hall of Leaders as part of the Credit Union National Association’s Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington, D.C.
