Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams began in 1989 with upholstered dining chairs. Today, the company offers a full line of tailored and slipcovered furniture, case goods, lighting, fine linens, accessories, rugs and wall art.

To commemorate their anniversary, they have come out with a new book published by Assouline. Called Who We Are, it’s a coffee-table book that shows the many sides of their story—from style and design to entertaining to social issues.

The company has been devoted to eco-friendly practices since its inception. Its education-based daycare center has helped prepare many children for success in school, and their support for LGBT rights has made a difference in many lives.
