Hamptons International Film Festival
With screenings in East Hampton, Southampton, Montauk and Sag Harbor, this festival attracts more than 15,000 cinema fans annually to the East End and is the only East Coast event to have screened
five of the last six years’ eventual Best Picture Oscar winners. In 2012, it held the East Coast premiere of Argo and Silver Linings Playbook, and this year will hold the coastal premiere of Homesman starring Hilary Swank, who will be on hand for the “A Conversation With…” series, along with Joel Schumacher.

Chazz Palminteri-A Bronx Tale
Chazz Palminteri brings his original, semi-autobiographical one-man show A Bronx Tale back to the stage for a two-night engagement. The play first premiered in LA in 1990 to rave reviews and launched Palminteri’s film career when Robert DeNiro, in his directorial debut, adapted it for the screen in 1993.

Kevin James
The Long Island native and King of Queens star brings his clean-cut, everyman brand of working-class comedy back to his home turf. This double-header show (at 7 and 10) will have him riffing on everything from the correct way to give a phone number to how men and women pick out thank-you cards.
