Lexi Stolz, an event planner and owner of South Fork & Spoon food concierge service, and Louisa Young, founder of farm-to-fork catering company Ango NYC, know that the catering process can often be overwhelming and overshadow what should be a fun-filled affair.
That’s why the duo joined forces this spring to create the Hamptons Aristocrat, a service specializing in 11th-hour event catering options with a focus on colorful, seasonal and organic menu items that are nothing short of extraordinary. Named for their 1969 Aristocrat model food truck, which is uniquely able to “roll-in and roll-out” for events, the Hamptons Aristocrat covers everything from personalized grocery shopping and dinner deliveries to intimate beach gatherings and elaborate, indoor plated dinners.
“We’re proud and excited to offer our clients no-fuss catering,” Stolz said. “When you love your home and community, sometimes you just aren’t in the mood for eating out. We’re here to offer last-minute catering solutions for small events and unpretentious fine dining catering for any event.
“Everyone should have the opportunity to eat like an aristocrat, and call us biased, but especially when we live in one of the most beautiful communities on the East coast.”
All hor d’oeuvres items are cooked within the seasons. As each month changes, so do the ingredients. For instance, their ramp pesto and pickled ramp mini tartlets with morels and fiddleheads are perfect for this time of year. The Hamptons Aristocrat is incorporating fresh squash and organic eggs from Browder’s Birds in Mattituck and a host of fresh produce from the Green Thumb in Watermill for spring.
“The interior is clean and open,” Stolz said. “Some of the wood is reclaimed from Build It Green. Our light fixtures are vintage, and there are little bursts of color on the walls from tile we acquired while visiting Jaipur India.”
From film screenings and brunches to barbecues and rehearsal dinners, the type of bash is up to the client as well.
“Our clients also want to be spontaneous,” Stolz said. “They have unexpected house guests and they throw last minute dinner parties, pool parities and BBQs. We are here to bridge those two worlds.”
Off of the Hamptons Aristocrat Dinner Menu, order organic and locally sourced ready-to-eat meals delivered right to your table on wooden boards Thursdays through Sundays. In a bind? These dinners can be delivered within two hours of ordering.

Bringing a restaurant style experience and service right to your backyard! Table, chairs and decor in tow, let Louisa and Lexi transform your backyard into your own personal restaurant. The 7-course tasting menu for $125 per person (starting at 10 up to 25 guests) highlights the local and organic produce from the Hamptons’ Farms. Guests can even pay separately – much like a restaurant!

Order off of their weekly newsletter, which includes the menus of Loaves and Fishes (a Hamptons staple), The Green Thumb, Round Swamp Farm, Tate’s Bake Shop, Citarella’s and more! This service includes the washing of all produce, fresh farmstand flowers and grocery unpacking.
