375th Contra Dance with Dave Harvey and Dunegrass
Parrish Art Museum
Time: Friday, 6pm

Break out your dancing shoes and gather up the crew. Everyone’s favorite caller, Dave Harvey, will grace the Parrish stage for the first time alongside East End Bluegrass favorites, Dunegrass. Enjoy this festively traditional barn dance as Southampton celebrates its 375th birthday.

SoFo First Annual Climate Change Forum
South Fork Natural History Museum, Bridgehampton
Time: Saturday, 5-7pm
Price: $500 for VIP (includes post-event dinner hosted by Board President Andy Sabin with speakers and special guests), $150 for general admission and $75 for students
Start things off by sipping wine from Channing Daughters Winery and beer from Montauk Brewing Company from 5-6pm. Alfredo Merat will play live music. Then, learn about creative ways to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and slow climate change on our beloved East End.

VFW D-Day Fundraiser
Boardy Barn, Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays
Time: Saturday, 5-8pm
Price: $65
What better way to honor D-Day than by supporting our veterans? The annual VFW Post 5350 fundraiser was supposed to be held over the winter, but Mother Nature had other ideas. That’s okay, summer is way better anyway. Enjoy deluxe seafood and a carving board buffet and win big in one of the raffles or the Chinese auction. Under the Influence will perform music from the 1950s, 60s and 70s.
