Satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping in mind the reason for your favorite season with a DIY Advent Calendar. The hardest part of this four-step project, designed by Abby Larson of Style Me Pretty and Style My Pretty Living, is not eating all the tasty treats in one day.

DIY Advent Calendar

What You Need

Assorted glass bottles
A vintage crate
Sharpie oil based pen
Assorted glitter
Gold jingle bells
Feathers
Sequins
Hershey Kisses
Tic Tacs
M&Ms
Greenery, sequin ribbon and air plants to decorate

What to Do

Use the vintage wooden crate as a backdrop for your bottles.

Fill little glass bottles with sweet treats, like Tic Tacs and M&Ms and craft supplies, like glitter, feather and sequins.

Label each bottle for a day in December leading up to Christmas.

Discover the contents each day and either gobble it up, or plan a craft for which you can use the sparkly little items.
