The Intense Ginger Love is simple, spicy and packs a generous punch. This seasonal sip, crafted by Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur, combines Caliche Rum, Barrow’s Intense, strawberries and sparkling wine for a drink with a tangy kick.
The Intense Ginger Love

1 ½ oz Caliche Rum
1 oz Barrows Intense Ginger Liqueur
3 half strawberries
In a mixing glass, add 3 half strawberries and muddle.
Add ice, Caliche Rum and Barrows Intense Ginger Liqueur.
Give it a fast shake, strain into a Champagne flute, top with sparkling wine.
