Andrea Correale, celebrity caterer and founder and CEO of Elegant Affairs based on Long Island, has concocted a cocktail that puts a holiday twist on traditional brunch. Prepared with orange juice, cranberry juice and, of course, Champagne, Correale’s cocktail is a staple for Sunday brunch.
Recipe by Andrea Correale of Elegant Affairs
32oz Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
1 cup fresh orange juice, chilled
1/2 cup cranberry juice, for garnish
8 rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
In Champagne flutes, pour Champagne then orange juice.
Splash with cranberry juice.
Garnish with fresh cranberries on a toothpick and fresh rosemary sprigs.
