Harbor Bistro comes out of winter hibernation this week. Known for its stunning sunset views, the restaurant opens for its 11th season on Thursday, April 21, serving up for American fare for dinner Thursday through Sunday.

The East Hampton restaurant’s space, food and drinks got a makeover during the off-season. Expect a fresh, nautical look inside, new menu items and a Sunset Happy Hour featuring cocktails and small plates to enjoy on the lawn during the warming weather.
