Burger fans will have a new eatery to put on their bucket lists this fall. Elevation Burger, the Virginia-based burger franchise that features 100 percent organic beef and chicken, will open in Plainview in early November.

The opening will mark the third for Elevation Burger in New York, joining Westchester and Latham. Franchise owner and long-long Long Islander Asif Siddiqui first learned about the franchise from his Long Island friends who were driving about an hour to indulge at the Westchester location. One bite of the signature Elevation Burger, which boasts two beef patties, had him hooked and he decided to try to bring the eatery closer to home. He reached out to the corporate headquarters, who, like Siddiqui, noted through research the growing population of health-conscious eaters on the Island.
“As of late there has been a big push towards healthy living/eating and more and more people are looking for better options,” Siddiqui said. “We are hoping to cater to the needs of such individuals in that area.”
Feast on grass-fed, free-range beef that is ground on-site. For those who still need a break from the beef at Pulse’s Great Burger Battle, Elevation Burger’s menu will also include a vegan burger, vegetarian burger, a grilled chicken sandwich, salad, hand-cut fries and hand-spun milkshakes.
Fall fun just got more delicious.
The Plainview location will be at 437 S. Oyster Bay Road.
