Turn Long Island pink this October in support and celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The American Cancer Society is predicting that 246,600 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women in the US this year, meaning there’s no better time than now to join the fight against breast cancer. From dinner parties to 5K’s, there’s no shortage of Long Island Breast Cancer Awareness events supporting the cause.
