Taylor suggested pairing a black blouse with subtle-but-luxe detailing like lace with a printed trouser or play with textures. “[Wear with] a velvet…blazer. Something that [makes you] feel equally comfortable and put together.”

Bosses, clients and junior assistants mix and mingle at office parties, where the attire calls for something pretty and professional. “Pajama dressing is our new favorite way to get dressed up without looking like we’re trying too hard.
