Why Go: Enjoy every bit of the winter by hiking six miles through the beautiful park with the Long Island Greenbelt Trail Conference. Dress appropriately for the cold weather and it will be worth it. Go

What: Beyond Gatsby: The Fabled Gardens of Long Island’s Gold Coast

Why Go: Spend the evening sipping on wine while learning about North Shore history in an event hosted by the Society for the Preservation of Long Island Antiquities. It’s $40 for non-members and $35 for members. Reservations are required so make sure to reach out before attending. Go
