But for foodies who can’t decide, owner Eddie Galatoulas also offers diners an extensive menu to choose from, including specialty burgers, sandwiches and appetizers. And a little over a month since opening on Merrick Rd, customers are raving about five items that have proved to be worth the trip (and the calories!).
Juicy Lucy Burger

Since there are 19 burger options to choose from, making a decision isn’t so simple. But for cheese lovers, the Juicy Lucy will do the trick. This 8oz signature blend is stuffed with American cheese! It’s also served on a torta bun with caramelized onions, pickled cucumber, tomato and house sauce.
Baconology Burger
Bacon lovers, prepare for some pork overload. This 8oz burger isn’t only topped with bacon, it also has bacon mixed in the blend. And there’s more: it’s topped with bacon jam and American cheese. Is your mouth watering yet?
Atomic Burger
For those looking for a bit of spice in their meat, the Atomic burger makes that possible with grilled jalapeños, chipotle aioli and pepper jack cheese. One foodie called it a “great burger” that was “cooked to perfection.”
Shakes

No need to travel to Manhattan to indulge in the extravagant shake trend that’s made spots like Black Tap so popular. Burgerology offers similar rich shakes including the Green Gravity made with homemade mint ice cream, fudge brownie chunks, chocolate syrup, whipped cream and chocolate chip garnish. For those with an even bigger sweet tooth, there’s also an option to “make it a Monstrosity,” which is 23oz (shown above).
Fries
Forget ordinary French fries. At Burgerology diners can choose from eight types of fries with special additions, including Chipotle Fries (house cut fries with bacon, chipotle aioli and ranch dressing) and Short Rip Poutine (house cut fries topped with cheese curds, braised short rib and cabernet gravy). There’s also Sweet Fries (sweet potato fries served with marshmallow sauce), which one diner said were to “die for.”
