This food truck catches people’s attention because of its bright orange color and wins their stomachs over with lauded tacos. All of the tacos have rave reviews, but the chorizo and shrimp are the unanimous fan favorites. To top it off, the menu features a spicy avocado sauce that adds the perfect blaze to this zesty summer cuisine. Due to its overwhelming popularity, Taco Tuesdays opened an actual restaurant on the Nautical Mile in Freeport this year.

Food Truck Market wouldn’t be complete without a deli. Lido Kosher Deli, permanently located a few miles down on Park Ave, brings favorite items from its menu to the summer pop-up food truck. Hot dogs, knishes and wings satisfy traditional deli cravings, but the signature roast beef sandwich is built to fill even the heartiest appetites.

Corazon de Cuba

Originally established as a popular brick and mortar restaurant, Corazon de Cuba put its meals on wheels to bring Latin cuisine to boardwalk bikers and beachside strollers. Any variety of empanada is without a doubt the most popular item on the menu, and who could argue against authentic flavor and habanero corn cream for dipping?

Poseidon’s Kitchen

This lunch wagon is a seafood and burger paradise. Guests recommend the crab cake burger or the new Up the River Burger, a tasty blend of cayenne and salmon. Poseidon’s Kitchen also features slow cooked Korean pulled pork tacos, because nothing beats food truck tacos in the summer.
