In the past three years, Reuge has added owner of Le Vin Wine Bar, Coffee & Tapas and executive chef at Lessings’ restaurant Sandbar to his resume.

On August 6, Long Islanders will get to see the master chef at work when he puts on a live cooking display at Pulse’s North Fork Summer Social at The Vineyards at Aquebogue. To give readers a taste of what’s to come, Reuge will join Pulse for a Facebook live Wednesday, Aug. 2 at 12:30pm, where he’ll show the audience how to make a perfect appetizer. Tuning in is easy. Simply follow Pulse on Facebook (if you don’t already!) and log onto facebook.com/li.pulse at noon. An archived video will be available immediately following the broadcast.
