What’s The Word?

The writing is on the wall—so to speak—spelled out clearly on the fronts of garments and across accessories. Some designers kept it humorous with seemingly meaningless slogans, but others ceased the pen. ALEXANDER WANG (the consummate party boy who surely knows the power of 140 characters or less) kept his text short, strong and sweet, scribbling it on the side of stockings. Others didn’t mince words in expressing their thoughts in a deeper, more aggressive tone. ASHISH laid his out on a background of bright colors and sequins and OLYMPIA LE-TAN got the last word in on a cross-body satchel bag. Go forth and choose your words.
