Hello, fall diet. Elevation Burger will celebrate its grand opening Friday at the Woodbury Plaza. It’s the first location on Long Island for the Virginia-based business known for being the first and largest organic burger chain in the country.

But organic doesn’t mean flavorless—just 100 percent USDA-certified, grass-fed, free-range beef. It’s all ground on-site and cooked when ordered.

“Our food is special because the customer gets something truly authentic to the brand—healthier, better ingredients that we believe leads to a healthier, happier customer,” said franchise owner and Long Island native Asif Siddiqui.

The signature Elevation Burger includes two beef patties packed with fresh flavors, lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese. There’s also a vegan burger, veggie burger, grilled chicken sandwich and grilled cheese sandwich for those who could do without the beef. Guests looking to keep their summer diets going in the fall can opt for a salad. For those who are all-in on a cheat day, there are hand-spun milkshakes.

Elevation Burger is located at 437 S. Oyster Bay Road.
