Riverhead Ciderhouse, Calverton

Hard apple cider is the name of the game at Riverhead Ciderhouse. And the eclectic place always has its original three styles to choose from. Benjamin’s Best is a classic cider with strong apple aromas and some hi-toned fruit sweetness. Razzmatazz boasts strong notes of raspberry with apple aromas in the background and Founder’s Reserve tastes just like apple pie. Rumor Mill, Bridge Lane Tasting Room and Lieb Cellars Tasting Room

Made with apples grown on the North Fork (a blend of jonagold, fuji, cameo, pink lady, elstar, granny smith, mutsu, pippin snow sweet, rome and empire to be specific) this dry sparkling hard cider can be found at the Lieb Cellar tasting rooms in Mattituck and Cutchogue.
