8 Hurricane Maria Rescue Dogs Looking for a Home

When Hurricane Maria ravaged Puerto Rican animal shelter El Faro De Los Animales, the staff at Southampton Animal Shelter reached out immediately to help. Less than two weeks ago, the staff rescued 34 dogs and brought them to Southampton. Adoptions director Kate McEntee said the animals are adjusting well and brought eight animals out for Pulse’s largest—and possibly most adorable—pet of the month feature.
