Magic of Lights: Jones Beach West End Holiday Light Show
A Long Island favorite, this magic holiday light show does not disappoint. Enjoy 2.5 miles of festive light displays including the Enchanting Tunnel of Lights, incredible animation and your favorite holiday characters. This year, the light show will be accompanied by holiday music and movies, a hay maze, pictures with Santa and a holiday festival village. This is no ordinary holiday light show. Long Beach
West End Electric Light Parade
On Dec. 9 at 6:30pm, bundle up and head to Long Beach for the 5th annual Electric Light Parade. The festive holiday parade will feature antique cars, fire trucks, floats and bicycles all wrapped in Christmas lights. Enjoy the parade while sipping hot chocolate, which will be served throughout the parade route. Following the parade, local restaurants will offer specials and host activities for the kids. Freeport
Freeport’s Nautical Mile of Lights Annual Boat Parade
The 2017 holiday boat parade will take place on Saturday, Dec. 2 at 7pm. The parade will be led by The Captain Lou, The Starstream and The Miss Freeport. It will make its way down Woodcraft canal, past Sea Breeze Park, down Randall Bay and the canal between South Long Beach Avenue and Westside Avenue, and back again. View the parade from the docks of local restaurants along the canal or be a part of it on one of the lead boats.
